This week at 11 Kettle Farm, the kitchen is busy with some of the farm-stand favorites our customers ask for again and again: sourdough bread, English muffins, chocolate brownies, and our famous crumb coffee cake.
Made the Way We Want to Feed Our Own Family
For us, baking is part of the same mission as farming. We want food that feels familiar, honest, and worth bringing home to our own table. That means choosing simple, recognizable ingredients, using organic ingredients where they are part of the recipe, working in small batches, and avoiding unnecessary shortcuts.
We would rather make less, make it carefully, and sell out than lower the standard just to produce more. That is the heart of 11 Kettle Farm: quality before quantity, transparency before marketing, and food we are proud to share with our family and community.

From Our Family to Yours
11 Kettle Farm grew from a simple family goal: understand where our food comes from, know what goes into it, and make choices we can stand behind. What started at our own table became something we are grateful to share with neighbors across Dutchess County.
