Polish-American family farm • Lagrangeville, New York

Farm Raised. Family Made.

A family farm, farm stand, and small-batch kitchen built around the food we wanted for our own family and the trust we wanted to offer our community.

This Farm Started With a Family Question

Where did our food come from? What did the animals eat? What was actually in the bread, cookies, and everyday products we were bringing home? And if we wanted something simpler, more transparent, and closer to the way our families used to eat, could we build it ourselves?

That question became 11 Kettle Farm. What began as a way to feed our own family grew into a mission to raise, make, and sell food we are proud to put on our table and yours.

Fresh From 11 Kettle Farm

Our weekly selection changes with the season, the flock, the kitchen, and the realities of a small working farm. We would rather sell out than lower the standard just to keep a shelf full.

The Farm Behind the Feed

Our social posts are intentionally less polished than an advertisement. They show the bread coming out of the oven, the eggs returning after a winter slowdown, garden harvests, livestock, family milestones, and the work between the finished products.

Polish-American Roots

Our heritage shows up in the way we think about food: feed people well, waste little, respect the work behind a meal, and never forget that the kitchen is one of the places a family becomes a family.

We bake with that spirit in mind. Small batches. Familiar ingredients. Patience where patience matters. Food that feels closer to Babcia’s kitchen than a factory line.

Hudson Valley Community

11 Kettle Farm is rooted in Lagrangeville and Dutchess County. We believe local farms should strengthen the places around them, so we choose local businesses and suppliers when practical and work to keep more of what we spend circulating in the Hudson Valley.

When you support us, you are supporting a working family farm, local agriculture, and a way of buying food that still allows you to ask the producer a real question and get a real answer.

Clean Ingredients. No Shortcuts.

We prioritize recognizable ingredients and organic ingredients in our baking because the kitchen follows the same rule as the farm: if we do not feel good serving it to our own family, it does not belong in something we ask you to buy.

We make products in small batches and avoid building the brand around artificial flavors, unnecessary preservatives, and long ingredient lists designed more for industrial shelf life than for a family table.

Organic With Accountability

Our current NOFA-NY certificate confirms 11 Kettle Farm LLC is certified to USDA organic regulations for the Crops category, effective July 29, 2026. We treat that precision as part of earning trust.

Not every item sold by a certified farm is automatically certified organic. We distinguish certified products from products made with organic ingredients and welcome questions about the status of any specific item.
