Good sourdough does not need a complicated ingredient list. It needs time, a healthy starter, good flour, water, salt, and somebody willing to let fermentation do its work.

Our Wild & True Sourdough is naturally fermented in small batches with organic flour, our maintained sourdough starter, filtered farm water, sea salt, and a touch of organic olive oil. The result is a rustic loaf with a crisp golden crust, chewy interior, and the deep tangy flavor that makes sourdough worth waiting for.

What Makes It Different
