Nature’s Gold: Our Pastured Eggs (Washed & Coconut-Coated)
The Best Eggs This Side of the Tatra Mountains

Cześć! Looking for eggs that taste like they came straight from your Babcia’s backyard? You’re in the right place.

At 11 Kettle Farm, we raise our hens the old-school way—on fresh pasture, with sunshine, clean air, and lots of Polish love. These aren’t just any eggs. They’re hand-gathered, gently washed, and kissed with organic coconut oil to keep them fresh and beautiful.

Yes, They’re Washed (Because We’re Not Animals)
After collecting each egg, we gently wash them to remove any barnyard bits. Then we coat them with a whisper of organic coconut oil—a traditional, natural way to protect the egg and lock in freshness.

Why coconut oil? Because we’re fancy and practical:

  • Seals the pores to keep the eggs fresh

  • Naturally antimicrobial and rich in antioxidants

  • Extends shelf life—like a babcia’s pantry trick

  • Totally safe, clean, and chemical-free

They look good, stay fresh longer, and are ready to go right into your fridge (or into your frying pan).

Happy Chickens, Better Eggs
Our hens live like queens. They roam green pastures, scratch for bugs, nap in the sun, and strut around like they own the place (which, let’s be honest, they kind of do). On top of that, they’re fed certified organic grain from local mills. The result? Deep orange yolks, rich flavor, and a nutritional profile you can taste.

Real Eggs from Real People
We’re a Polish-American family doing things the way our grandparents did: by hand, with care, and usually with a little music in the background. Our kids help collect eggs, our cats supervise, and we’re proud of every carton we send out.

So whether you’re making Sunday breakfast or whipping up a szarlotka, these eggs will give your meals that extra something special.

How to Store:
Since our eggs are washed and coated, they’re best kept in the fridge. Stored properly, they’ll last about 2 months.

Smacznego and dziękujemy – from our little farm to your table.
