About us

Welcome to 11 Kettle Farm!

Nestled in the heart of Lagrangeville, NY, 11 Kettle Farm is more than just a farm—it’s a family-run adventure full of hard work, laughter, and the occasional runaway chicken. Founded by Kinga and Krystian, a proud Polish-American couple (with plenty of help from our two little farmhands), our farm is rooted in old-world values and new-world dreams. We believe in honest food, healthy animals, and building a life that honors both our heritage and the land we live on.

Our pigs? Not just any pigs—they’re Gloucestershire Old Spots, known for their sweet temperaments, big personalities, and unbeatable flavor. Raised with love and plenty of belly rubs, our pigs live on pasture, respect polywire fencing, and drink from water nipples like the fancy creatures they are.

But we’re more than just pigs. We’ve got turkeys strutting around the field, chickens laying fresh eggs every day, and rabbits doing what rabbits do best—hopping, snacking, and charming everyone they meet. Every animal on our farm is raised with care, plenty of space, and clean, natural feed we trust.

And yes, we bake too! From time to time, you’ll find baked goods made with our own eggs, herbs, and pure ingredients—no shortcuts, no preservatives, just real food made the way it should be. Whether it’s crusty bread or a sweet herbal treat, everything we offer is something we proudly serve at our own table.

We also love to build. You’ll find hand-crafted wooden items like birdhouses, raised beds, flower benches, and other unique, practical pieces made right here on the farm. We make what we use—and if we love it, we figure you might too.

Our handmade beeswax cotton bags are another favorite: natural, reusable, sustainable, and perfect for packing snacks or storing leftovers without the plastic guilt. Alongside that, we offer small-batch seasonal herbal teas made from herbs we grow ourselves—comforting, tasty, and good for the soul.

Life on the farm isn’t always easy (ask us about that one-ton feed delivery we moved by hand), but it’s full of stories, laughs, and love. Our chickens provide the daily soundtrack, and our two farm cats, Bolek and Lolek, keep watch over everything with their usual curiosity and charm.

We love what we do, and we’re happy to share it with you. Whether you’re picking up a pasture-raised turkey, fresh eggs, baked goods, handmade goods, or just stopping by to say hello, we’re always glad to welcome new faces to our farm family. And if you’d like to support what we do, we’re always grateful for donations that help us keep things growing.

Thanks for visiting, and don’t forget to follow us for stories, updates, and behind-the-scenes farm life here at 11 Kettle Farm. From our Polish-American family to yours—dziękujemy i zapraszamy! See you soon!
